|
|
馃捇 Now in its second year, the Common Application for Schools of Choice means families and students can fill out just one application for all our specialty programs.
Why it matters: 鈥疊efore, if students wanted to apply to LASA High School, Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders, and an Early College High School program, they鈥檇 be filling out three different applications.

Getting started: You鈥檒l need your 麻豆果冻传媒 ISD portal login credentials.
Yes, but: Some programs may require an essay, report cards or other materials. Check the application or reach out to the program for details.
Go deeper: Explore our programs at our , which details information on these programs and more.听

-
Why teaching a dual-language classroom matters: 鈥淥ne of the things I鈥檝e really grown to understand is that when students have a curriculum where they are represented 鈥搘here their cultures or languages are part of the curriculum鈥 that they engage more and are more excited about learning,鈥 said Johnston.
What they鈥檙e saying: 鈥淜ari's commitment to students and our community helps keep us all grounded and rooted and motivated to serve the kids and families of Dove Springs,鈥 said AISD 2011 Teacher of the Year Caroline Sweet, who now serves as a bilingual instructional coach at Perez. 鈥淪he inspires me and keeps me growing, even after 18 years in AISD.鈥
