The AISD Afterschool Centers on Education (ACE Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½) program provided academic assistance, enrichment, college and career readiness, and family engagement activities at six elementary and four middle school campuses through Cycle 9 funding through the Texas Education Agency. ACE Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ was found to have a positive impact on students’ academic achievement, school-day attendance, discipline, and college and career readiness. Most of the parents of ACE Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ students reported an overall positive climate and positive experiences with the ACE Â鶹¹û¶³´«Ã½ program.
