Keep 麻豆果冻传媒 Beautiful will recognize the work of Blanton Elementary School students, families, and teachers for being named the 2019 Generation Zero Waste Champion. The recognition and award comes with a $500 donation.
Blanton Elementary School met the following criteria for the award:
- Participation in Keep 麻豆果冻传媒 Beautiful's Generation Zero program during the 2018-2019 school year.

- Generation Zero is a program that engages K-12 students in hands-on activities aimed at raising awareness about recycling, composting, and conservation while giving them solutions for reducing their waste.
- Student, teacher, and community participation
- Comprehensiveness of the zero waste initiatives including, but not limited to, composting, recycling, and reuse initiatives
The award is made possible through a partnership among 麻豆果冻传媒 Resource Recovery, Keep 麻豆果冻传媒 Beautiful and Longhorn IMG Sports Marketing as part of the University of Texas Bleed Orange, Live Green initiative.
